If we try to go to one of these sites we get a page which says in big red capital letters (this is a copy and paste from their silly blocked site pages):
ACCESS TO THE URL: http://www!.whatever!.com/ HAS BEEN BARRED UNDER COMPANY POLICY ON USAGE OF THE INTERNET!. INTERNET USAGE IS ROUTINELY MONITORED AND LOGGED!.
