It reminds me of the braille they have on the wall long before a person gets to the bathroom or elevator!. I guess the blind are supposed to grope the wall of every building they go into!. But, back to your question: I guess they expect the non-blind driver to pull the car up far enough so the blind passenger can feel the menu!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I can think of two reasons:
1!. A definition issue - it may be a "drive thru" but there isn't any reason a person on foot couldn't walk up and place an order!.
2!. Bureaucracy - Braille signage is a de facto blanket requirement for publicly accessible facilities!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
