Well I think you can put monkey bars near playgrounds IF you have someone willing to be the bar tender!. He must be strong and not go all bananas if things get out of hand!. He must be willing to pour over the children as well as he pours for his customers!. He must be willing to give tips to the kids as well as accept tips from others!.
