I try to smile and remember others!.!.!.when I am out and about!. We don't know the burdens they carry in their heart and giving them a warm smile and simple hello may be a much needed jester!. I just try and sleep , call my kids, that always seems to cheer me up because lets face it , your heart can feel empty but your kids will always be there to love and be loved by!. That alone can take a depressive day and make it better !.Www@Enter-QA@Com
