hey are you gluten intolerant!?!? I am!!! i have cooked millet in the past, and it took a VERY long time!. Quinoa is a delicious replacement for rice, polenta is also very good!.!.!. i suggest buying a LOT of rice!.!.!. my family has stocked up!.!.!.my mother has a closet full of jasmine rice, our favorite!. wild rice is good, and lentils are a quick and easy, hearty, protein filled replacement!.
instead of millet, try the quinoa!. it's like oatmeal when sweetened, and like a rice pilaf in that you can add whatever suits your fancy!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
