I woke up in the middle of the night, feeling some regret, and couldn't get back to sleep!. Plus it's hot and my workouts have been killer!.

I'm ALWAYS tired!. I don't sleep well (probably age-related), livve with a housefull of grandchildren (whom I love dearly, don't get me wrong!), am a nanny 54 hours a week for 2 small children and teach a classfull of kindergarteners every week at my synagogue!. I wish I had TIME to work-out!!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
well its night time on my side of the world!. I just worked a 16 hour shift and then my i tunes cleared itself so now i'm sitting up trying to download music so its not just a deadly silence in my restaurant tomorrow, lets hope i get in atleast an hours sleep before i start my 18 hours shift tomorrow!. I'm out of my exercise routine!. It's such a vicious cycle!. I need to exercise and tire myself out so I can sleep better at night and eventually be less tired!. Gradually, I will also build up more stamina!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
