Question: Has this ever happened to you, is it legal!?
I bought a game from Play!.Com and as they did not have it in stock, I had to purchase it from one of the PlayTrade sellers for a LOT more money than the RRP!. The game took about 4 days to come but when it came, I noticed that it was from an internet retailer and thought it was pretty strange as the person I bought it from did not have the company name!. I mailed them and they basically said that they bought it from that company and then sold it on to other people!. I've sinec checked the company website and I'm pretty angry because they bought it for ￡7!.99 and sold it to me for ￡44!.99!. Do I have a right to be angry!? or should I just take it as a lesson learned!? is this person doing anything illegal!?

Wow, I′d be hoppin′ mad!. I don′t think you can really do much about it!. Sounds like fraud to me, but since you agreed to the conditions and purchased it from him!.!.!.Can you at least leave feedback, e-bay type, that will affect his rating!? Leave a terrible one and see if you can get some money back in exchange for you to withdraw the bad rating!. I got money back like that on e-bay!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Nothing illegal!.!.he is just turning a profit!.!.!.!.but a bit underhand!. Maybe you could write to the Manufacturer and tell them what happened, although I doubt it would do any good!.!.!.!.but who knows!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
