Answers:
Yes! I set goals at the beginning of every week!. Skycat ^^^ has made some very good points – being clear about what you want, making the goals achievable and not choosing more than two or three of them!.

I’d just like to add a few other things…

You can adapt your schedule; you can be flexible!. You don’t need to feel guilty when you don’t meet your daily goals or when you have to change your plan due to unforeseen circumstances!. Just having them written down is a reminder to do them and usually ensures that they are completed by the end of the week!. Like Michelle above, I like the feeling of satisfaction I get when that ‘little check mark’ which shows that something has been accomplished!.

I used to find that my day was centred on looking after the needs of my family while ignoring my own!. Now, having a plan written down ensures that I have delegated at least some time during the week for specific things that I wish to accomplish!.
I check my calendar for any appointments I may have previously made and schedule a time to fit them in with my personal goals!.

I set up a regular time to write them down these goals!. (Sunday night works well for me)!.

Short term goals should ideally be tied to longer-term goals!.
For example, if one of your goals is to become physically fit through exercise, you may want to set aside an hour a days, four of five days during the week in order to accomplish that goal!.

Organizing on a weekly basis provides much greater balance than daily planning!. Schedule your priorities!. A portable notebook or personal organizer is an ideal place to write down your goals!. You can carry it with you most of the time as a constant reminder of what you wish to accomplish!. Hope this helps!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I always like to set goals at the beginning of the week Princess…!.!. but you have to be clear about what you want if you are to have any chance of achieving it!. This sounds easier than it is!. It's tough to ask yourself, "What is the biggest thing I want to accomplish this week!?" Make it positive!. It's usually easier to add something good to your life than to remove something bad!. I choose a goal that I have a realistic change of being able to reach!. I Examining whether a goal is achievable also helps you start planning how to get it done!. I Don't choose more than three because I never get them done!. I then write those down and put the list where I can be reminded of my goals!.

And a very good morning to you princess xoxo

May you always have enough happiness to keep you sweet enough trials to keep you strong; enough success to keep you eager; enough faith to give you courage; enough determination to make each day a good day!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I just want Monday to be over so I'm one day closer to the next weekend!. However, setting my goal at the beginning of every week sounds like a much more positive, productive, and uplifting way to start my weeks!.

Is there any place where I can get tips on how to do that!? I mean, I don't even know what kind of weekly goals I'm supposed to be setting for myself!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Truthfully, both!. Mondays are always a little overwhelming, especially if it will be a busy week!. The only reason I list the goals for the week is to see that little check mark when something is accomplished!. It does offer a minicam of satisfaction!Www@Enter-QA@Com
