PREDIABETEs??!
Question: PREDIABETEs!?!?
Recently a blood test was taken on me!.Its not a FASTING but a RANDOM one!.It showed the following:
80-140 mg/dl(normal)---But mine showed 146 mg/dl!.
Does this mean I have prediabetes!?!?But many sources over the net says that one should take FASTING blood test for prediabetes symptoms!!,but I have done only RANDOM!.

i would say get a finger pricker and take your blood after every meal and see what happens if it gets worse go see a doctor but your not that high!.!. only over 6 mg/dl if it gets lower your fine maybe just cut off the sugar for like a week to see what happensWww@Enter-QA@Com
You need more than one test to determine that!. Many factors like medication, stress, etc!.!.!. can influence blood sugar!. See a doctor just to be sure!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
