OMG! Virgin drives me MAD! Im so glad its not just me!. I have had probs since we got virgin in about october!. Yeah my wireless shows as connected, but then it doesn't connect, or cuts off every few hours! It drives me mad, especially when your putting a payment through or something!.!.!.!.never know if its actually gone through! I thought I had ordered an online shop the other day, waited in for it, and it turned out the payment hadn't gone through coz it disconnected!. Irritates the crap out of me! We live in Middlesbrough and we are with Virgin! Haven't had no problems with the Internet connection but we have with our receiver!!!! Haven't been happy since we got it, going to change to sky soon!!!!! When you phone them, tell them you want to reverse the charges, you will get your money back for the calls, otherwise you will pay out a fortune phoning Pakistan all the time lol!!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
yep i been having problems for about a week now,I've rung them up and i end up going round in circles!.all i do is turn the power off then unscrew the white wire from the modem wait a minute then screw it back on,turn it on!. sometimes it will work for 20 minutes or sometimes hours!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
