Answers:
The most affecting thing about the sinking of the Titanic to me!.
Well, in the movie TITANIC, the most affecting moment was the wide shot of the boat sinking, when all the lights flickered out, and there was such a great SILENCE!.!.!.!. the cold air, the star-filled sky, the absolute hugeness of the dark ocean!.!.!. It was very sad and very beautiful, that bird's-eye view!.
As for the actual event, I am impressed most by the thought of the humiliation of the thing for all those who had been so proud and so bold that they called it "unsinkable!." It's like God was sending a hard but absolutely necessary message to some among them!.
But the most affecting thing of all, for me, is a piece of music by a modern composer named GAVIN BRYARS!. It's called THE SINKING OF THE TITANIC!. Maybe an hour long!. Beautiful, sad, moving, when you listen to it all the way through, it gives you the atmosphere and the time to really think about a lot of things that are important and that you might not have thought about for a while!. I recommend it entirely!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I guess my strongest feelings were when Rose had to let Jack go!. They were floating on a piece of debris and she realized she had to let his body go to save herself!. I cried at that!
The other strongest feeling part was when Rose hid her face from her fiance on the rescue boat and when she was asked what her name was she said Rose Dawson!. She took Jack's last name!. AW!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
