I agree with you that gratitude is very appealing, and people who are ungrateful and have an unbecoming sense of entitlement are most off-putting!.
For me though, the very best personality traits I feel drawn to are kindness and attentiveness!. Kindness is just incredibly attractive, and the mark of an unselfish person, and attentiveness, well, who can resist that!? It makes you feel loved and valued!.
The worst, most unappealing trait is anger, which is very hard and stressful to live with, closely followed by insensitivity, which causes many, many hurts!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
