I just choked on a chilli you know when it tickles your throat?!

OMG!! i couldnt breath in without coughing or out the whole time i was choking in the kitchen then i went all dizzy and my heart was racing i just honestly thought that was the end for me!.!.i tried drinking water but all i needed was air and couldnt get enough!.!.i layed on the bed my heart was beating so fast it scared me i was trembling!.!.!.anyone else had this happen!.!.!.its so scarey!.!.im hesitating eating chillies again :( im tired now and a little lightheaded!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
