i really don't!. but after years of having all the negative energy and motives built up, i learned its best not to focus on them at all!. its best to focus on yourself and how to make your life happy and to an extent be able to shelter your family from the world and people you dislike!. and overall its not about the negatives, you have to focus on the positives!.
