If you are using a 360 photo, there has been quite a bit if trouble with them!. I found a perfect avatar for myself and tried to use it on Y!A via 360 and it just would not work!.
Rumor has it that 360 is in revision and problems such as this are common!.

If it's a yahoo avatar I don't think you'll have too much trouble!.!. I lost my picture twice and on both occasions it took a couple of days to come back!.!. On the first occasion I used my yahoo avatar, but the second time I waited until it came back again!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
It's just something that happens, and changing it doesn't help - unless you change it to a yahoo avatar!. It happened to mine a few weeks ago, but it sorted itself out after a few days!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
