Potatoes! You can have jacket, roast, mashed (with cheese-yum), minted new potatoes, casseroled, chips, spicy wedges, and you can have them sliced and baked with a cheese and onion sauce!. (don't forget crisps as well!)

Well, rice is the more healthy if you can only pick one over the long term, but potatoes are easy to grow and you can make many things with them like people did back in the depression!. But I would still say rice first!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
