I had an insurance company who kept on phoning and not taking no for an answer, the last time they rang i just told them to hang on a sec while i answered the door, i just left her waiting and waiting and waiting, i could hear her saying " hello are you there" for an hour and 10 mins before she hung up!!!!! how desperate are they!!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

once i called somewhere and they said i would have to wait for 15 minutes so i said, ok, can i go just piss off for 15 minutes then!? and they said "er, no!.!.!.!. because they might get back quicker than that!.!." its true!.!.!. whenever you go start cooking dinner they come back on the line! sods law, eh!? when a company calls me and i dont want to talk i just say i dont live here lol!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I do that sometimes to T-Mobile! I shouldn't!.!.!. Cos T-Mobile are really good for customer service!.

It's just I always seem to phone them when I'm at work and sometimes I put them on hold when people come in! They do hold though :-)Www@Enter-QA@Com
