I don't think intelligence can be based on gender!. Intelligence is different on an individual bases,!. There are many intelligent people in both genders!.I think women tend to have better attention spans making it easier for them to learn in a learning atmosphere!. Men have minds that seem to wander off in all directions!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Based on my observation, and my observation only, there are more math and physics male majors then their female counterparts - & also more male Nobel laureates in these fields as well!. However, one should not relate this to a 'lower female' intelligence - there are most likely social factors which can explain the above!. To my humble opinion, I don't think none of the male or female species are inherently smarter than the other one, they are about at the same level of intelligence!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I'm going to go with yes based on the fact that men don't buy 6 new outfits on sale when they don't need them just to "save money"! However if my physics professor from college challenged me to a math showdown, I would break my leg or shoot myself in the foot to avoid being healthy enough to make it to the contest! Not necessarily ~ I think men are naturally more logical thinkers but this doesn't diminish their mathetical ability or possibilities!.
