If you bought it, put it in the freezer, and ate it 6 months later, it's perfectly fine!.
For products other than meat, the "best if used by" date, doesn't mean it's bad!. It just means it might have lost some of it's flavor or freshness!. Potato chips or crackers are an example!.

heck no, i am always concerned about that, i remember one time i bought chicken that was 1 day past the expiry date and i threw it out, i just don't trust meat when it's past the expiry date!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Isn't better to just check the expiry dates before you purchase them!? Better yet the quality before purchasing and also cooking the meat & consuming it before the spoilage!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
