Right now I have those fake ones on, hoping that either mine will grow underneath which i doubt will happen or that I just get used to not biting them cause the plastic!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I only bite my nails sometimes and that's when I'm extremely bored! But if you're wondering how to stop my friend had a nail varnish that tastes VERY bad on her nails and that put her off biting them!. You can purchase some from most drugstores and i really recommend it!. :]Www@Enter-QA@Com
I used to real bad, so bad they would hurt and bleed!. but I wore fake ones briefly and saw how pretty they looked!. I was determined to grow my own!. This sounds stupid but when i was watching tv and didnt have the fakes on any more, I would wear gloves or sit on my hand to keep from biting them!.!. I now have very long, strong beautiful nails!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
My daughter used to until she got braces!. This made it hard for her to do it, so she stopped!. It drives me nuts personally!. I cannot stand to have my fingernails down to the skin!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
