How do/would you confront..............?!

awww!.!.!.I can be very loving towards the kids but when its time to discipline it means discipline!. I do not bend down children when I hand out discipinary action!.

I am stern and firm in my decision but I will still be there hidden if they need me!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I'd do it with creativity and without hitting!. I believe spanking children is wrong!. It doesn't teach them why what they did is wrong, only that what they did upset you and made you hurt them!. If you want a kid to understand what they did was wrong and why, then yes you do in fact need to get down to their level and TALK to them in a way they can understand!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
