Should i have pressed the charges against him?!
Question: Should i have pressed the charges against him!?
And it all started because he was mad that our cat was under the tree watching the birds and he said that we needed to do something with the cat or he will…
And then I told him well maybe I should do something to ur dog!. Then he came over grabbed my ear really hard and asked me if I was listening to him!.!. then I pushed him away from me and then he kept trying to punch me and stuff and I grabbed the phone to call 911 and he tried to get it from me, he was punching me and everything!. But he missed everytime cuz im way stronger than him!. I hit him on the head with his phone and he still was going at me and then I pushed him so hard into the way his arms were bleeding and he hit his head really hard… so I ran up to my moms and called the cops!. I was crying to hard when I was talking to the cops!. Then he came I wrote the report!. And when the cop talked to me he somhow convinced me to not charge him!. But the cop said that if he touched anyone else in the house again hes going to jail!.
IM only 17, almost 18!. hes 76!. hes also immature!. It was a domestic assault!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well the cops most likely were looking at his age!. I mean most everyone in court including the judge would most likely give him sympathy just because of his age alone!. BUT I would still go ahead and try to get like a no tresspass order!. Something like that!. I'd also keep a close eye on my cat and anything else pets and or property!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
