there's two things I always tell people!. number one: just because you have acknowledged that something happened and are no longer in denial doesn't mean you have accepted that it happened!. Just because you acknowledge it doesn't mean you have to accept it!. and number two: Just because you forgive doesn't mean you have to forget!. You should always remember and never try to forget to prevent it from happening again!.So, remember, you don't have to accept anything in life and you don't have to forget anything!. Forgiving and forgetting are two different things!. When you forgive someone you are really only forgiving yourself because YOU are the one who is going to be burdening yourself with that grudge for the rest of your life!. Do you think the person who hurt you is going to be in as much pain as you will be if you don't forgive them!? Just because you turn the page doesn't automatically make you forget what was on the former page!. You should never let go altogether!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
