Halloween party -- Friday or Saturday?!

Halloween falls on a Friday this year!. I think the party should be on Friday, on Halloween!. My friend thinks Saturday would be better because people will be working Friday during the day!. I would like to just have it at 7pm and later!. I think that Saturday is not only NOT Halloween, it's not even in the same MONTH as Halloween!. Furthermore, people will use the excuse that they're tired from partying Friday night! My friend and I are throwing the party together so we have to come to an agreement!.
