Assault, Murder and Rape any other Violent Crime is abhorrent and unacceptable to anyone who is human in anyway!. Regardless of what group commits the crime!. We live in a state of perpetual fear because of those who create the strife and mayhem on our streets daily!. This has nothing to do with who a person is and where he came from!. It has to do with people who are not being given the proper training as Children that all good Parents who care will require they receive!. The video of the girls attacking the one girl and video taping it for youtube is a great example!. Where were the parents of these cowards!? All Violence is wrong and has to be punished with the maximum penalties allowed!
Many Parents today have no idea what their Children are doing at this very moment!.

1!. That is all it takes!. 1 coward armed with a weapon can beat a man to death, rather than try to solve the problem through other means!. That is all it takes!.
As far as the raising of the children, it is true that a lot of parents have no idea where their children are, some children just want to be nasty!. You could almost say it is in their blood to cause problems for everyone!. To cause harm!.
However, sometimes violence is the only answer!. Killing a man for trying to kill you is violence, but sometimes you have no choice!. While violence in a lot of instances is bad, sometimes it is the only answer!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

alone they are cowards, but in a gang they can act brave, as a parent i would like to think that my children take our teachings with them everywhere they go!. we cannot be there 24/7 behind them so we put them on trust!. to act in accord with the way they were brought up, this isn't a cop out, its an honest answer to your question, each parent knows what their child is capable of i know my kids well enough to say they would never hurt another human-being,i spent too much time and effort in teaching them right from wrong, and to value other peoples feelings!. my kids aren't saints but at the same time they aren't evil
these kids that go around in gangs looking for trouble are short of discipline and its true that in some cases its out of sight out of mind!. with an handful of parents,, but it isn't always the parents fault, these kids act under peer pressure and think its cool!. its time they realised its cool to say NO to peer pressure and walk away!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
