okay i was at 7-11 getting a drink, and some guy ahead of me lays down like 30 candy bars and ice cream!.!.!.and he pulls out a food stamp card!?

I don't buy candy bars!.!.!.I buy frozen pizza ($1!.99 junk Aldi brand) and with salad that makes two meals!. Just be sure you don't criticize us all!.!.!.!.!.ok!?
EDIT" OK!.!.!.here we go!. I owe noone an explanation as a 60 year old disabled woman on computer system given to me cause they are OLDER THAN DIRT!. My daughters pay for my internet service so that i have something to do!. My car is a 1998 Saturn with almost 200,000 miles on it; given to me!. !.!.!.!.I am in the hospital almost every month!. Hopefully for all you tax payers I shall die soon and won't be a burdon on the luxurious life I lead with all my fancy foods!. I need special diabetic foods that I cannot afford on food stamps or I will run out before the next month!. You know!.!.!.I paid into this system for more years than you all have yet !.!.!.!.I am getting a piece of mine back before I kick off!. THANK YOU!.!.!.!.!.

I've been on food stamps in the past!. I made sure to make that dollar stretch by using coupons, buying groceries on sale and making food to stretch (I was raising three teenagers at that time) baking your own cookies is a good way to save money and spend quality time with the kids AND have sweets in the house!.
If I were to be frivolous, I'd buy the good ice cream at the grocery store, but certainly not at 7-11!.!.!.!.Especially since someone is giving you charity you ought to be more careful about how you spend that!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

let me guess, your one of those people that complain about everything!.!.!.who cares what he eats, it's none of your business!.!.!.yes I know food stamps are paid for by taxpayers money and there's a lot of people out there abusing the system, but we are living in a time when our own social security benefits when we retire are not even guaranteed, yet we are still expected to pay the tax for it, there's so much that isn't fair and you want to focus on a man buying candybars with his foodstamp card, you need to get a life!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

HOWEVER, as for the children of low income families, I don't think it would be fair to discriminate against them and not allow them to have occasional fun junk food snacks just based on the premise that their parents need help with their food bill!.

Yeah!. Weird right!. But I don't think you can buy pet food or paper products like toilet paper!. My mom needs food stamps and she usually has to pay for that stuff!. She's on disability and not allowed to work!. Sucks!. She gets so bored!. But yeah, so many people buy crap food when they should be buying good food and just be happy they are able to afford it!
