Do you put the Ice cream in first, or the Soda !?
If you put the Ice cream in first the soda all throffs up and you dont get much liquid in the drink!. If you do it the other way round it doesnt throff up at all!. Whats method would get me the best of both worlds !?

Definately the soda (how American Philip!!) Cream Soda or Coke first then top with a couple of scoopfuls of ice cream!.

People here in the UK are going to be so confused by this question because most don't know what an ice cream soda is!. When I was a kid in Canada, we always made them and my hint is this: You have to have the scoop of ice cream ready and then pour the soda in the glass quickly, then drop the ice cream in while it's still a bit fizzy!. Have a root beer soda for me, will ya!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Put the soda in first in a BIG cup then you can put as much icecream as you want!. I had onw yesterday, COKE and VANILLA icecream!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Use a large bowl or glass from the freezer, that way you'll get a lot less throffing :-)
