Canada has always been a bilingual country because of the history of being settled by the French and the English!. But of course the PC brigade have arrived and with so many ethnic cultures blending in Canada, there are no longer 2 languages associated with Canada!. You might be surprised to see signs on buildings, streets and businesses in several different languages because of the influx of people from Hong Kong and India, among other nations!. In Quebec, however, they are fiercely protective of the French language and try to preserve it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
because it was originally colonised by both the french and the english, the same as why in mexico they speak spanish as the original settlers set up home there!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
