I have walked with both joy and sorrow as my companions!. I always keep an invisible "memory box" that I store all of the good and happy memories for the times when I need them!. Sorrow, as one person said, has a way of lessening with time!. Yes, it still hurts, but the pain decreases for me as I try to focus on the joy that's around me daily!. Joy and sorrow are a part of all of our lives, and at various times we'll meet up with them both on the road of life!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Not at all!.
When I think back of some of the joys in my life, they still make me feel happy!. When I think back of the sad things, certainly I still feel sadness as well!.

Here's one example!. I still remember in detail the first baby I ever delivered!. Even now, more than 20 years later!.!. I am beaming!.
I can also recall in vivid detail the first patient I had to say was dead, and focus our efforts on rescuing the driver of the car!. As the medic inside the car, it was my call!. That was over 20 years ago as well!.
But both moments elicit very different memories!. Each memory creates an emotion, and both are very strong even today!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Not at all!.!.!.all of our experiences , good and bad, can be recalled for what they were or how we choose to see them now!. Some of the worst sorrows in my life have made me who I am and I can't look back with sorrow!.!.!.!.I am grateful for them all!.!.!.!.because I am who I am!. And some of the greatest joys now have sorrow attatched to them!.!.!.!.like the loss of a loved oneWww@Enter-QA@Com

i dont let today's sorrow spoil tomorrow!.!.!.i just try to make tomorrow a happier day than today!.!.!.!.!.after all tomorrow!.!.!.is the first day of the rest of your life!.!.!.!.the past no longer exists!.!.!.!.!.!.only the memories of somthing that used to be!.!.!.!.!.!.!.seamanab xWww@Enter-QA@Com

For me at least, it seems as though there is more sorrow than joy and the sorrow infringes on what joy there is, so I would have to say yes, I agree!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

not really!.

To remember joy is joyous!.!. to remember something good makes you feel good again, so the recollection retains its joy!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

not really!. the old people that i'm around all talk about the wonderful memories they have, i don't hear much talk about the bad times, and i know they've had plenty of them!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Not exactly!.

When I remember a joyful event, I recall some of the happiness!.
When I remember a painful event, time has reduced the pain!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes I do!.!.!.!.A sorrowful memory will always be just that!.!.!.
But the joyousness of a recollection has passed as it happened!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Good Morning Angel:

My joyous memories are what keep me going on bad days!.
My sad memories are greatly softened by time!.

So, disagree!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I agree all the way!.
Here's another: Better to block it out than to remove it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

yes
joy is in the moment, after that it is a happy memory
recalling sorrow just gets you bluerWww@Enter-QA@Com

The second line I do as something that was joyful if you recollect it then it will still give you a feeling of joy!.!.!.I love Angels too and they do watch over us loving you'r avatar!.!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes!.!.!. It is been proved that we remember the bad things more often than the good ones!.!.!. IDK why this is, I guess it's human nature!.!.=)Www@Enter-QA@Com

`Yes for joy lives in the moment, but sorrow lingers on in it's own timeWww@Enter-QA@Com

I'd have to agree with "Polarized" on this one!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
