I saw on a TV program that 20 minute's is the perfect amount of tym to nap caus if u sleep any longer u will get groggy nd be tired and if u sleep for 20 min's u will be a little re-energized and not to groggy to go bk to wrk, lookin after kid, or whatever it was u were doin!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
