50, I ride every day, 10 miles, if I can!. If it is below 40 or too windy (I live in Kansas) I walk 3 miles instead!. I love food, I love to eat - I have to ride to keep my weight down!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I am 14 and I have a bicycle called Rapier for short!.!.!.I forgot It's real name!.!.!. but its kinda cool riding it!. When I have spare time I ride my bicycle every afternoon, sunset perhaps!.!.!. I really loved that bicycle!.!. but it was stolen!.!.!.!. kinda miss it!.!.!. cool I had it not only for exercise but also as a hobby!.!. It stretches my legs too!.!.!.

I have just pulled my bike out of storage a week ago and I have been riding it every other day!. I started with just 30 minutes and make sure you stretch before you start!. I would be riding every day but I pulled a muscle in my back a few weeks ago and it is just getting better!. It clears my head gives me energy and I love it!. Sweat the toxins out tooWww@Enter-QA@Com
