Yes, but most people chicken out and call animal control before trying to resolve it themselves!. Honestly, they may not know it is bothering anyone!.
There are excessive barking noise ordinances!. Be careful, excessive means constant all day long barking!. also, many places may or may not enforce this during daylight hours!. Again, it depends on the duration of the offensive barking!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

No I wouldn't!. I also make sure my dog don't make alot of noise to bother my neighbors, which I only have 2 neighbors and they are at a fair distance!.
If I had a really annoying dog that bothered them, I'd find the dog another home!. As to not cause trouble, or disturb them!.

i would def let them know that its annoying!.!.!. in a nice way!. they prob just dont realize that its bothering people!. if they dont do anything after you let them know then id either get rude, seek revenge, or call the police!. good luck!Www@Enter-QA@Com
