I usually change it about a few days after the recommended time, because they say bacteria can become a concern!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I dont use my anymore but no i went a week over all the time it seemed i wouldnt go more then like 2 1/2 weeks over tho !.!.!.!.!. i did and part of the filter the little black parts got into my waterWww@Enter-QA@Com
