No, because nobody has the right to take the life of another person, it's just wrong!.
What if the victim has kids!? Can you imagine your mum/dad telling you that daddy/mummy isnt coming home because he/she was murdered!?
Or what about the wife/husband's feelings!?
Or what if the victim was someones brother/sister, maybe YOUR brother or sister!?
Think about how you'd feel if it was your partner, mum, dad, brother or sister that got murdered!
Anyone who say's yes, must be a pathetic cold hearted, dead inside phsycopath!. and I say this because I care and Im concerned for the innocent publics safety, but If you said yes, literally hand yourself into the mental assylum/wacky shack, because answering yes makes you from being a sane person!.
