I do think that the people at Yahoo do live in a delusional world because the things they try to "fix" aren't broken, and the things that need addressing they seem to gloss over as if they don't exist!. That, or they believe that by ignoring it, the problem will go away on its own!.
It may not make a bit of difference when Microsoft takes over, that is, IF THEY DO!.
Still, one can hope that, if they really do take over, some measure of intelligence creeps into the Yahoo Answers and restores a bit of sanity to their suspensions without warning practice!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
