Apart from the usual stuff (racedriver, astronaut, etc!.), I had always wanted to become either an airplane pilot or a journalist, and NEVER a teacher!.

On career day when I was in 3rd grade, my teacher asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up!. I said, "A fighter pilot!." She giggled and said, "Oh honey!.!.!.!.!.girls can't be fighter pilots!." I felt crushed and a little silly for thinking of this!.
