Question: I am SO scared of earthworms, can they be harmful!? Are there other legitimate reasons to be afraid of them!?
besides them looking really creepy!? It's raining frequently here in Minnesota and there's earth worms everywhere! I almost stepped on a really big, long one---- scared the h*ll outta me!.!.!.!. Just wondering if there's other reasons why I'm so scared of this so called fish meal besides the fact how creepy they look, eeeuugh!

There is actually a name for an irrational fear of worms, its scoleciphobia, the important point is that all phobias are irrational, they make no sense, why fear something that cant hurt you!?
Fear something that can eat you not something that can only wiggle menacingly in your direction :-)

It's your fear!. Your fear is earthworms but you need to over come it!. By being more scared of earthworms it's just giving more power to your fear and you don't want that!. Just tell yourself you aren't scared of them, it won't come as an instant cure but it'll work gradually!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
i hate them too! it's been raining a lot recently and i'm like afraid to go outside! when i go out to my car in the mornings especially they are everywhere and everytime i see one it feels like i could throw up!. i think it's just because they are really creepy and gross looking!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Earthworms are good for the soil--their poo is very rich!. Every vegetable you eat, has had earthworms crawling around them!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
there's nothing to fear from earthworms!. They do wonders for the soil!. i'm not sure why they come out during the rain!.!.!.!.maybe for oxygen!. they don't transmit disease like some roundworms, hookworms, etc!.!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
