Question: As a worker, what is your answer please!?
My idea that customers get an hour's free parking if their car is parked within the white defining line marking was working well but the Area Manager has now overruled it and insists that only if customers spend ￡10 or over do they get a free hour's parking!. Now my car park has again become a scene of anarchy with cars transgressing my clearly laid out pattern, willy nilly!. Fewer cars can get in so we have fewer customers and takings are down!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

That should be the least of your problems!. How a
customer parks is minor!. What the customer spends
in your store is more important!. It sounds like the
company needs to provide more parking spaces!. Your
idea sounds great but the logistics means the
company must hire people to monitor their parking
lot rather than spend the money to provide better
customer service to their customers inside the
store where it is needed!. Let the company continue
to lose money!. When they get tired of losing
the bottom line they will take another look at the location or drop the $10!.00 off program all together
just to make up the bottom line!. Here in the states
stores will offer a percentage off of one non-sale
item or a percentage off of the entire sale over

Sometimes the right people are not in charge and i would keep all ideas to myself until i was the boss and also ask my fellow workers what they think,just in case im not the best person to be in charge!.Do you see what i mean!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Show the relation between free one hour parking and increased sales vs limited free parking (according to how much they spend) and decreased sales to your Area Manager, if he doesn't listen, go over his head to HIS manager!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
tell your manager he is loosing money and his wages will go down if he doesnt change things!.
