I am an ex-smoker and I feel pity for smokers and disgust for the way society thinks it can justify harassing these poor addicts!.

If you don't like the smell of smoke, don't go where people smoke! But please don't use the (ultimately) deadly force of government to do what you cannot lawfully do yourself, namely abuse your neighbors because of their decision to smoke!
I abhor the new laws being enacted that forbids smoking in businesses!. Government has NO RIGHT to force free people to act as bureaucrat's think they ought to (or not) act!.
They are supposed to be working for us, not enacting laws to ensnare, fine and punish!.

Yes, I have a terrible time-their smoke causing me palpitations!. I had to be immediately rushed to emergency!. They have the choice to move and smoke elsewhere whereas I don't have that choice!. What annoys me most is when they smoke of the escalators going up and you are behind them forced to pass through their trail of smoke!. It should be banned on escalators!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
