Yes and as you said it is people with new accts due to suspension/termination!. It is nice to get a heads up, but many do not have their contacts personal emails, and after suspension/termination thry cannot use their YA mail or reply to emails they recieve (learned this due to experience)!. If they open a new acct, the only hope is to ask a question about the previous acct, and people will know it was them (which also recieves a violation on the new acct)!. It is terrible , but one cannot always give a heads up, although they want to!. I have lost many contacts due to this problem!.!.!.it is very sad and very frustrating indeed! After being slapped down repeatedly, one loses all desire to continue!Www@Enter-QA@Com
Funny enough, yes i had two today, i NEVER have a level 1 as a contact, unless it is someone i know whos got a new account, but they usually send an e mail first!. Be very wary of new ones until you get to know there Q's and A's for a while!.

I've had 8 new contacts in the last 7 or so days!. I was suspicious and checked each one!. Some are contacts of yours, and some of another of my contacts!. They all either answered a Q of mine or me a Q of their's!. I hope they are OK!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
