First hint (trust me on this) - invest in a good haircut professional!. This means you have to spend some money on it - which hurts for men and others with short hair!.!.!. because it will have to be done again soon!.
But it you have curly and/or thick hair - you might as well suck it up and invest in someone that knows what she's doing!. Someone in a place that cuts women's hair as well as mens - barbers don't care what you look like beyond neat and fast!. Once you get a good cut, the barber can do every other cut!.
You need someone who knows how to effectively thin it, work with the curl and get RID of that part! Shorter would do that, too!. Messy is not always a bad thing! Hip!.

Id start with cutting the singed areas off with a pair of sharp barber scissors, tapering it slightly towards the rear and at a downwards angle!.!.if that doesnt work , next time your at the Grocery Store, request Paper Bags!.!.!.return home and pull one over your entire skull area!.!.cutting holes for eyes as necessary~Www@Enter-QA@Com
