Probably as the recycling facilities in my town are woefully inadequate!. The council provide 2 blue bins one for paper and plastic and the other for cans, card and glass!. In the typical ineptitude of the council, when they introduced the scheme, they provided the blue boxes but hadn't got enough lids to go around so people were pinching their neighbours lids!. utter chaos!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
