One, when my wife set the house on fire (accidentally)!.
The insurance company was very good and everything was restored in a short space of time!.

Had 3 car crashes in one year, only one was my fault!.
First time I took it to the local Aston Martin garage to be repaired and they made a terrible job of it, now I just take it to a local body shop and get perfect results every time!
As for the service from the insurance company, Churchill were great, did it all for you over the phone, Fortis were useless, gave me bad advice and didn't even let me know thatthe claim had been resolved 6 months later until I asked! It had gone on for 18 months or more!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
