and when you rang you could actually see a doctor not a pereson telling you if you need to see one or not!!!!!

well speakin as a doctor myself!.!.!.it can be a little difficult for us too!.!.we do try and take as many calls as possible but after a while it does get a little overboard!.!.!.
so the system is as hard on us just the way it is unfair to the patients who need us!Www@Enter-QA@Com
