It sounds bad to be so selfish when asking a question but if you phrase it any other way it will likely get twisted around!.
The trick is to phrase it like that to get a straight answer, and not give the candidates any indication what it is you want so they can't bend the rules and say what you want to hear!. Unless they just ramble off into another area and basically ignore the question, they are pretty much forced into giving a straightforward and honest answer!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
