Because if it's unsolved AND a mystery, it gives people the perception that the show's subjects are just THAT MUCH MORE enigmatic!. It provides that extra oomph -- not only is has this case remained unsolved!.!.!. it's also mysterious!. "Unsolved" and "mystery" don't necessarily have the same meaning, and it sounds better than "Mystery and Lack of Resolution"!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
