I have NVQ's in childcare and beauty therapy, and no the beauty therapist in me wasn't shallow enough to cope with the idiots in that job, but i love childcare, so rewarding and i am a nutcase so the kids love me, but not working at the moment, i am making the most of staying at home with my son!. xxxWww@Enter-QA@Com

Overqualified is more like it!. Common problem, I suspect!.
I, like many people, have tried to continuously improve and increase skills and education!.
Never had a job requiring a degree but they surely will take advantage of it and!.!.!.good luck in many cases getting in the door without it!.
The major problem nowadays is that !.!.!. with global competition, labor is pretty cheap!. Outsourcing and the current practices of basicaly having no middle management or a very minimal amount of middle management keeps the pricing and pay down!.
Regardless of the reasons and the qualifications the bottom line is !.!.!. If you're overqualified you can be exploited to get a job or you can be stuck in a dead-end position!.
Either way, the more qualified, the better the odds of getting that position!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
