Because I believe it might have a chance of bringing humanity back to what it once was!. If everyone could teleport to where ever they needed to go, then everyone could live where they really want to live and not where they must live!. Everyone could see their family where ever they are and yet work where ever they are needed!. Cars would become the toys that they really are!. Communities of humans might just live again!. Of course I haven't thought out all of the things that might go wrong with it, but the upside is wonderful!. Cars and fast transportation has ruined our culture--fragmented us into lonely pieces!.
