Land underneath a couple of miles underground is virtually unclaimable because man has never gotten far beyond that!. I know that if you own a plot of land and it happens to have something valuable deep in it such as gold or something, you own the rights to that!. Your neighbor wouldn't be allowed to dig a mine down under your land and get it out!.
