Anything can become an addiction, hopefully the therapist would pick up on it and treat for that as well!. The insurance companies would catch it, but I guess if someone was wealthy enough they could see therapists all day long 24/7/365!. If they didn't have the money then I guess they would justify robbing, stealing to pay for a session just like any other addicted person would!. The best cure for an addiction is to get addicted to the Big Book or your Higher Power!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Definitely!! There are also 10 step (free) programs for therapy junkies!. You wean them off therapy the same way you wean them off their counselors!. You teach them to understand transference (or the safety of a close group) and train them that life is outside those doors!. I make it sound easy, but sometimes it is the heardest part of the process!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I knew a couple that went for marriage counseling and he wound up running off with the lady counselor , for real no kidding , so that's one way I know ,move in with the counselor : )Www@Enter-QA@Com
